Tom House NPA (National Pitching Association) and RDRBI (Rod Dedeaux Research in Baseball Institute) founder, current coach at USC, who has coached the likes of Nolan Ryan and Randy Johnson. O'Flynn had the privilege of being coached by House in the early/ mid 90's in the Texas Rangers system.
"Gardner O'Flynn has the perfect mix of information, instruction and experience. He is an ex-professional pitcher who has stayed pace with current research. He also mentors his athletes for life skills as well as baseball skills. Obviously, I would recommend him to players of all ages and skill levels".

Reducing Injuries in Baseball
The Rod Dedeaux Research and Baseball Institute brings together leaders from the medical science community and the sports training community. Through their joint efforts, the RDRBI helps athletes achieve greater core strength, less risk of injury, and overall higher performance. Our belief is that, by teaching not only athletes but also their parents and coaches, we can set the groundwork for a lifetime of athletic success and health.
